In 2005, we arrived in Tanzania to realize our dream of an African Safari. Having developed a love for Tanzania, we chose to go back and establish our home in Arusha. The Company was established in 2006 under an Australian-Tanzanian Directorship. In 2007, we bought the base of a lodge, and after a lot of effort, Ahadi Lodge came to life. The lodge was officially inaugurated in 2009. The Lodge can be found in a dark burrow in the small genuine African Village of Morovian, roughly 150 metres from the Moshi-Nairobi Road and about 3 km from the Arusha CBD – please see the map in “where to find us” for precise directions. Arusha serves as the entrance to Tanzania's Northern National Parks, including Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the renowned Serengeti. Ahadi Lodge is genuinely unique, located in the African community and at the base of the beautiful Mount Meru! In Africa, there is a nearby school, and on Sundays, a community church can be found on the same road. Upon leaving the lodge, you can immerse yourself in the true African culture.
